Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.
Late check out: 1 hour later under request, only if the room won't be used.
Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 2 days prior arrival to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
In case of No Show a one night fee will be charged
Extra person Policy:
In the 4 people rooms, the maximum person per room allowed is of 5, paying the extra people.
In the 8 people rooms, the maximum person per room allowed is of 10, paying the extra people.
Kids Policy:
2 minors under 12 years old are admitted as long as they share rooms with one or two adults.
Pets Policy:
Small pets are accepted in the bungalows that have patio.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
